Jerry Lee Lewis at Granada TV studios in 1964
Is this the greatest live studio TV performance ever? Can you imagine anything this out of control happening today? This is the Jerry Lee of Live at the Star Club, Hamburg on video. This also is proof that Granada's music programming didn't start with Tony Wilson. Amazingly Jerry Lee didn't even tour with a band in those days, so I assume that this is with a pickup band.
